i. 5% of quoted amount has been specified as the bid security. However, in accordance with Rule-37(1) of SPP Rules as amended vide notification dated 25.08.2025, the bid security shall be a fixed amount which shall not exceed 5% of the estimated value of procurement. P.A is required to rectify the same. ii. Procuring Agency has uploaded Notification of Procurement Committee for the year 2024-2025 which has expired on 30th June. P.A. is required to notify new Procurement Committee for the Current Financial Year terms of Rule-7 of SPP Rules, 2010, prior to opening of bids. iii. PA is required to pay web-hosting charges.
