Procuring agency (PA) has issued Corrigendum vide letter No. E.E/C.M/E&M/KMC/189/2026, Dated: 06.08.2026 wherein, amendment in terms & condition. Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clippings of Corrigendum Published in widely circulated leading daily/ies of English, Urdu & Sindhi language(s) as well as in terms of Rule-22(2) read with Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010………… 2. Procuring Agency has asked bid security 5%. Whereas, “The Procuring Agency shall require the bidders to furnish a fixed amount of bid security not exceeding five percent of the estimated value of procurement determined by the procuring agency” as required under amendment in SPP Rules, 2010 vide SGA&CD Notification No. SORI (SGA&CD)2-30/2010(5-13/P-II) dated 25.10.2025. Procuring agency is required to rectify the infirmity…………. 3. CRC does not comprise DAO or representative of AG Sindh, as required under Rule-31(2)(a). It may be noted that Divisional Accounts Officer working in the concerned Division/Département could not serve the purpose of Transparency. PA is required to re-notify the CRC comprising DAO or representative of AG Sindh as member, prior to opening of bids 4. Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that the firm is not blacklisted in any Government, Semi Government or Autonomous Bodies. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition……… 5. Procuring Agency is required to upload signed copy of each and every page of Bid Document to enabling the bidder(s) to submit their bids by downloading Bid Document from SPPRA (E-pads) website as defined in the Rule-24 (2) of the SPP Rules, 2010…………….. 6. The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/contractor is not blacklisted or debarred………… 7. PA is required to pay web-hosting charges……… 8. Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify the above in timely manner……….
