i. 5% of quoted amount has been specified as the bid security. However, in accordance with Rule-37(1) of SPP Rules as amended vide notification dated 25.08.2025, the bid security shall be a fixed amount which shall not exceed 5% of the estimated value of procurement. P.A is required to rectify the same. ii. Procuring Agency has uploaded Notification of Procurement Committee for the year 2024-25 which has expired on 30th June. P.A. is required to notify new Procurement Committee for the Current Financial Year terms of Rule-7 of SPP Rules, 2010, prior to opening of bids. iii. Procuring agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft. Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify the above in timely manner.
