i. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Annual Procurement as required under of Rule-11 of SPP Rules 2010. PA is required uploaded APP. ii. The Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in widely circulated three leading daily/ies of English, Urdu & Sindhi language(s) in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 prior to opening of bids. iii. The procuring agency has not upload copy of Notification of Procurement Committee (PC) as per Rule-7 and Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee (CRC) in terms of Rule-31. PA is required to uploaded copy of notification of procurement committee and complaint redressal committee. iv. The Procuring Agency has mentioned minimum turnover of Rs. 100 million in last three years as per annual in Bidding Documents. “As per SPPRA guideline para 2.16 A (iv) turnover must be equal as per estimated cost or twice time more than estimated cost.
