Preliminary Assessment /Observations/Findings: i. The Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in widely circulated leading daily/ies of English and Urdu language(s) in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 prior to opening of bids. ii. PA has required upload corrigendum published in three leading newspaper in terms of Rule-21(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 prior to opening of bids. iii. The procuring agency is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading Bidding documents from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010. iv. The procuring agency is required to pay NIT hoisting charges in accordance with this authority’s letter dated: 18-05-2018 available on the following link of the authority’s website http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf. v. It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
