Preliminary Assessment /Observations/Findings: i. The Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in widely circulated leading daily/ies of English, Urdu & Sindhi language(s) in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 prior to opening of bids. ii. The procuring agency is required to pay NIT hoisting charges in accordance with this authority’s letter dated: 18-05-2018 available on the following link of the authority’s website http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf. iii. It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
