PA has not uploaded notification of Procurement committee, Complaint Redressal committee, which is required to be uploaded at the earliest/ prior to opening of bids. PA has not uploaded annual procurement plan on EPAD website. PA is required to upload APP prior opening of bids. PA has not uploaded Notice inviting Tender sheet on EPAD website. PA is required to upload APP prior opening of bids.
