P.A has advised to upload a singed copy of Annual Procurement Plan which is required in terms of Rule-11 of SPP Rules 2010. Prior to opening of bids. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Notification of Procurement Committee (PC). P.A has advised to upload a Notification of Procurement which is required in terms of Rule-7 of SPP Rules 2010. Prior to opening of bids. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Notification of Compliant Redressal Committee (CRC).
