P.A has advised to upload a Notification of Procurement which is required in terms of Rule-7 of SPP Rules 2010. Prior to opening of bids. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Notification of Compliant Redressal Committee (CRC). P.A has advised to upload a Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee which is required in terms of Rule-31 of SPP Rules 2010. Prior to opening of bids. Procuring Agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft. The letter may be downloaded from the website (http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf). It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
