Preliminary Assessment / Observations / Findings: EPADS-S-250492155 Sukkur IBA Furniture Fixture Works of Incubation in HBL City Campus-FUR/03/24-25 PA has uploaded the Annual Procurement Plan which is not readable. PA is advised to upload readable APP on EPADS prior opening of bids. Affidavit that firm has never been black-listed be rephrased as “the contractors / companies / firms is not currently on the list of blacklisted suppliers by any government/donor agency”. The Procuring Agency (PA) is advised to rectify the infirmities generated by system. Procuring Agency is required to pay web-hosting charges. Procuring Agency is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2017. Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify the above in timely manner.
