Procuring Agency has uploaded Corrigendum vide letter No. BISE/STORE/LRK/522/2024 dated 26-12-2024 bid document for procurement of Examination Material / Printed Stationary & Answer Scripts, the description / specification of Items Nos. 2 & 3. As per SPPRA guideline para 4.10 (i) states that: “In case of material deviation or addendum, it is necessary to provide a minimum response period of fifteen days which will be counted from the date of publication/hoisting of such corrigendum or addendum”
The Procuring agency is required to upload Published copies of Corrigendum/Addendum in widely circulated leading daily/ies of English, Urdu or Sindhi language(s) in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 prior to opening of bids.
Procuring Agency has mentioned Turn-over 80% (Last Three Year) in NIT. “As per SPPRA guideline para 2.16 A(iv) turnover must be equal as per estimated cost or twice time more than estimated cost. Rectification is required.
The Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in at least three widely circulated leading dailies of English, Urdu and Sindhi languages in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010, prior to opening of bids.
Procuring Agency is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading B.Ds from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010.
Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that firm should never been blacklisted by the Government/Semi Government Department / involve any litigation. The condition that firm is not blacklisted may be rephrased with the words “currently”.
Procuring Agency (P.A) is required to rectify the observation generated by the system,
The procuring agency is required to pay NIT hoisting charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 available on the following link of the Authority’s website http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf

Hoisting Charges up to Rs. 1.00 Million is Rs. 5,000.
Above Rs. 1.00 Million and up to Rs. 200 Million is Rs. 10,000.
Above Rs. 200 Million is Rs. 15,000
Procuring Agency is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-
