The Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in widely circulated leading daily of English, Urdu and Sindhi languages in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010. 2. Procuring Agency has asked “Undertaking for No black listing/debarred certificate on E-Stamp paper in the 05 years. PA may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition. 3. Procuring Agency has assign marks to the mandatory requirement that is Turnover of last 3 financial years i.e. 10 marks are given if the available average annual (Goods) turnover for last (03) Three years is equal to or above PKR. 600.00 million and 04 marks are given if the available average annual (Goods) turnover for last (03) three years is equal to or above PKR. 500.00 million etc. Resultantly a bidder who failed to provide such mandatory requirement but get qualifying marks from other criterion’s will be consider as eligible. In that case what will be the justification to PA in compliance of applicable rules. 4. Procuring Agency is required to upload signed copy of each and every page of Bid Document to enabling the bidder(s) to submit their bids by downloading Bid Document from SPPRA (E-pad) website as defined in the Rule-24 (2) of the SPP Rules, 2010. 5. Procuring agency (PA) has issued Corrigendum vide letter No. PMIU/SERP-II(SID)/NIT-02/2025-26/213 Dated: 16.04.2026 wherein, modification in eligibility criteria. Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clippings of Corrigendum Published in widely circulated leading daily/ies of English, Urdu & Sindhi language(s) as well as in terms of Rule-22(2) read with Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010. 6. PA is required to pay web-hosting charges. 7. Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify the above in timely manner.
