EPADS-S-26040781310 Establishment of eLibrary Department Name: District and Session Court Central Karachi In terms of Rule-47(1) Single Stage One Envelope bidding procedure shall be used as the standard bidding procedure for procurement of goods, works and services of simple and routine nature and where no technical complexity or innovation is involved. However, in the instant case, which seems to be simple and routine nature, the procuring agency has used single stage two envelope procedure. Procuring Agency is advised to furnish justification for the same. PA is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2017. P.A is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading B.Ds from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010 PA is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2017.
