Violation Notes
i. 5% of quoted amount has been specified as the bid security. However, in accordance with Rule-37(1) of SPP Rules as amended vide notification dated 25.08.2025, the bid security shall be a fixed amount which shall not exceed 5% of the estimated value of procurement. P.A is required to rectify the same.
ii. Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that firm should never been blacklisted by the Government Department. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition.
iii. The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm /bidder /contractor is not blacklisted or debarred.
iv. Bidding documents do not contain the Integrity Pact as required under Rule-89 read with Rule-21(1)(n).
v. PA is required to pay web-hosting charges.
