PA has not uploaded signed copy of annual procurement plan on the website. PA is required to upload the same. 2. The Experience & turn over required by the PA is not accordance with SPPRA notification No.DD(HRF&CB)/SPPRA/2022-23 according to which para 2.16(iv) of guideline of sppra for procurement of works / goods average annual financial turn over not less than equivalent cost of the work during last five years & experience of similar nature of work ( at least one work of 80 % of the estimated cost or two works of 50% of the estimated cost ) executed last five years is required .same is missing from criteria 3. PA is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2017. 4. PA is required to pay web-hosting charges 5. System generated observations 6. Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify observations mentioned above in timely manner 7.
