1. Specification of most of the items shown in Non-Schedule Items is missing. Rectification under Rule 13 of the SPP Rules is required. 2. The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/contractor is not blacklisted or debarred. 3. The P.A has not mentioned the proper Evaluation Criteria, which creates ambiguity in the BOQs, P. A is advised to rectify the above opening of NIT. 4. The Procuring agency has not uploaded the CRC and the Procurement Committee Notification, which is a violation of Rule-7 & Rule-31 of the SPP Rules. The PA is required to upload prior to the opening of bids. 5. Procuring Agency has not uploaded a copy of Annual procurement plan, which is required as per Rule-11(3) of the SPP Rules, 2010. 6. The bidding documents do not contain the amount and manner of payment of performance security required in terms of Rule 21 (1)(d) of SPP Rules, 2010. Before proceeding further, the procuring agency is required to upload bidding documents and extend the response time accordingly
