SUBJECT: CONSTRUCTION OF PAVER BLOCK STREETS, CC BLOCK STREETS & SMALL BRIDGES AT VARIOUS VILLAGES OF DISTRICT TANDO MUHAMMAD KHAN. I am directed to refer to the subject cited NIT uploaded on EPADs at Sr No.26050782095 on 26.05.2026 with schedule of closing and opening on 15.06.2026. However, it appears that the Procuring Agency after publishing the NIT on EPADS, intended to issue corrigendum, which has not yet been published by PA, hence the status of NIT shown on EPAD Portal as (Pending) due to which the procurement activity could not be processed further. 2. In view of above, it is advised to take appropriate action and publish the NIT with proper bid documents and extending the response time to allow at least fifteen days time from the date of publication of corrigendum on EPADS to enable the bidders to download the bidding documents and participate in the bidding process. 3. It may be noted that in case of failure action under Rule-25 of SPP Rules shall be applicable. Assistant Director (EPADS)
