EPADS-S-250582371 AIGP Motor Transport Sindh (-Home Department) Canopy FRP for pickups with bar light & PA System PRELIMINARY OBSERVATION: PA is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT published in widely circulated at least three leading daily of English, Urdu and Sindhi language in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010, prior to opening of bids Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that firm is not blacklisted. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition Procuring Agency has uploaded unsigned copy of bidding documents. P.A. is advised to upload signed copy of bidding document by head of Procuring Agency, enabling bidders to submit their bids accordingly In terms of Rule-24(2) SPPRA Rules, 2010. Procuring Agency (P.A) is required to rectify the observation generated by the system, The Procuring Agency is required to pay web- hosting charges. The procuring agency is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Circular No.SO (C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/6 dated 20th April, 2017.
