As Per Preliminary Assessment EPADS-S-250491996 (8470) Procurement of FPGA Boards, Accessories, Storage Device and Ram for Computer and Information System Engineering Department Name: NED University of Engineering & Technology. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Annual Procurement Plan on EPADS. P.A has advised to upload a singed copy of Annual Procurement Plan which is required in terms of Rule-11 of SPP Rules 2010. Prior to opening of bids. Procuring Agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft. The letter may be downloaded from the website (http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf). It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement
