i. 2.5% of amount has been specified as the bid security. However, in accordance with Rule-37(1) of SPP Rules as amended vide notification dated 25.08.2025, the bid security shall be a fixed amount which shall not exceed 5% of estimated cost. P.A is required to rectify the same.
ii. Procuring Agency has uploaded Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee for the year 2023-2024 which has expired on 30th June. P.A. is required to re-notify new Complaint Redressal Committee for the Current Financial Year in terms of Rule-31 of SPP Rules, 2010, prior to opening of bids.
iii. Complaint Redressal Committee does not comprise Independent Professional as required under Rule-31 of SPP Rule, 2010. P.A is required to re-notify the CRC comprising Independent Professional from relevant field, prior to opening of bids.
iv. Procuring agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft.
