1) scope of work (S) of NIT, i.e., mentioned various Villages, Surroundings & different areas. But P.A has not mentioned in the BOQ which areas. The names or areas are required to be rectified 2) Bidding documents are not signed, the Procuring Agency is required to upload signed bidding documents 3) The Procuring agency has not uploaded the CRC and the P,.C Notification, which is a violation of Rule-7 & Rule-31 of SPP Rules. PA is required to do so before opening of bids. 4) The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/contractor is not blacklisted or debarred. The P.A has not mentioned the proper Evaluation Criteria, which creates ambiguity in the BOQs. The Procuring Agency is advised to rectify the above opening of NIT. 5) The bidding documents do not contain the amount and manner of payment of performance security required in terms of Rule 21 (1)(d) of SPP Rules, 2010. Before proceeding further, the procuring agency is required to upload bidding documents and extend the response time accordingly
