i. The Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in widely circulated leading daily/ies of Urdu & Sindhi language(s) in terms of Rulr-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 prior to opening of bids. ii. 5% of quoted amount has been specified as the bid security. However, in accordance with Rule-37(1) of SPP Rules as amended vide notification dated 25.08.2025, the bid security shall be a fixed amount which shall not exceed 5% of the estimated value of procurement. P.A is required to rectify the same. iii. CRC does not comprise DAO or representative of AG Sindh, as required under Rule-31 of SPP Rules, 2010. PA is required to re-notify the CRC comprising DAO or representative of AG Sindh as member, prior to opening of bids.
