i. Procuring Agency has asked list of machinery & equipment is available in eligibility criteria, whereas a contractor may obtain such machinery on lease/rent basis for project as per clause-2.16(A)(iii) of Regulation for works, therefore, above condition is in conflict with Rule-44 of the SPP Rules, 2010. Rectification is required. ii. Procuring Agency has asked that Bidder should not be blacklisted. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition. iii. Procuring agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft.
