(1) Procuring Agency posted the NIT on EPADS, PPRA Website on 04.06.2026 and last date of issuance of BDs is 17.06.2026 hence, the response time allowed is less than fifteen days, which is violation of Rule-18 read with Rule-2(1)(eee). PA is required to extend the response time to ensure compliance of the SPP Rules. (2) The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/contractor is not blacklisted or debarred. (3) Bidding documents are not signed, P.A is required to Upload signed bidding documents . (4) PProcuring Agency has not upload a copy of procurement plan, which is required to be uploaded as per Rule-11(3) of the SPP Rules, 2010. (5) Specification of most of items shown in Non Schedule Items is missing. Rectification under Rule-13 of SPP Rules is required.
