Preliminary Assessment /Observations/Findings: i. The procuring agency is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading Bidding documents from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010. ii. The procuring agency is required to pay NIT hoisting charges in accordance with this authority’s letter dated: 18-05-2018 available on the following link of the authority’s website http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf. iii. It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
