As Per Preliminary Assessments EPADS-S-250492150 (Amount 8.6 million) 03 Estimate for MR and Steel work of Amphitheater at SCTC Sakrand. Department Name: Specialized Commando Training Centre Sakrand The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Annual Procurement Plan on EPADS. P.A has advised to upload a singed copy of Annual Procurement Plan which is required in terms of Rule-11 of SPP Rules 2010, Prior to opening of bids. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Notification of Procurement Committee (PC). P.A has advised to upload a Notification of Procurement Committee which is required in terms of Rule-7 of SPP Rules 2010. Prior to opening of bids. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Notification of Compliant Redressal Committee (CRC). P.A has advised to upload a Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee which is required in terms of Rule-31 of SPP Rules 2010. Prior to opening of bids. Procuring Agency is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading B.Ds from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010. Bid data sheet envisage two different types of contract i.e. Fixed Price contract and Price adjustment contract. The P.A is required to choose any one. Original purchase receipt has been asked as mandatory requirement for evaluation. Justification is required that if a bidder submit his bid by downloading the bidding documents from SPPRA website as mentioned at Rule-24(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 then how he provide original purchase receipt. Procuring Agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft. The letter may be downloaded from the website (http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf). It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
