(1) The Procuring Agency has not required the mandatory requirement for the evaluation of bids for qualification. Resultantly, bidders who will not provide some mandatory requirement like experience or bank statement, etc, will not get marks eligible for qualification. Rectification is required.
(2) The Procuring Agency is required to upload newspaper clippings of the NIT published in at least three widely circulated leading dailies of English, Urdu, and Sindhi languages.
(3) Bidding Documents do not consists of BoQ and Data sheet. in terms of Rule-21(1) and detailed and unambiguous evaluation criteria required in terms of Rule-21(1)(h) and 21(A) of SPP Rules, 2010. The procuring agency is required to rectify the above infirmity.
