(1) In terms of para 2.16 (iv) of the guideline of SPPRA for procurement of works circulated vide SPPRA Notification No. DD(HRF&CB)/ SPPRA/22-23/0942 dated 10th April, 2023; according to which relevant experience of similar nature of works ( at least one work of 80% of the estimated cost OR two works of 50% of the estimated cost) executed during the last five years, in the instant case P. A has asked for relevant experience of three years only, but in the instant NIT P. A has not mentioned the time period or the experience of how many years. Rectification is required.
(2) The criteria must clearly mention minimum requirement e.g. minimum experience (either in terms of years or contracts over a period of time) and minimum amount of turn-over in terms of Rule-46(1)(a).
(3) The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/contractor is not blacklisted or debarred.
