(1) The bidding documents do not contain amount and manner of payment of performance security required in terms of Rule-21(1)(d) of SPP Rules, 2010. Before proceeding further procuring agency is required to upload bidding documents and extend the response time accordingly
(2) The Procuring Agency is required to upload newspaper clippings of the NIT published in at least three widely circulated leading dailies of English, Urdu, and Sindhi languages.
(3) Bidding documents are not signed, P.A is required to Upload signed bidding documents
(4) Procuring Agency has not upload a copy of procurement plan, which is required to be uploaded as per Rule-11(3) of the SPP Rules, 2010.
(5) The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/contractor is not blacklisted or debarred.
